At CucamongaInk, we take pride in creating high-quality, custom-made products. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help. Please review the policy below for details on returns, exchanges, and refunds.

📦 Return Policy

We accept returns only for items that arrive defective or damaged. Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • Returned in original packaging

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Personalized or custom-made items (unless defective or damaged)

  • Clearance or final sale items

🔁 Exchanges

We offer exchanges only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

To request an exchange, please email contact@cucamongaink.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once approved, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.

💳 Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued for:

  • Defective or damaged items

  • Orders that do not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email contact@cucamongaink.com within 30 days of receiving your order

  2. Include your order number and a description of the issue

  3. Attach photos if the item is defective or damaged

After review, we’ll notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

⏳ Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.

📬 Lost or Missing Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, contact us at contact@cucamongaink.com. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if needed, offer a replacement or refund.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance
