📦 When will my order ship?
Because we use print-on-demand, each product is made fresh when you place your order.
Most orders are produced and shipped within 2–5 business days. Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after production, depending on your location.

📍 How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
If you don’t see it, check your spam folder (emails like to wander). Still nothing? Reach out and we’ll help you track it down.

🔁 What is your return or exchange policy?
Since all items are made to order, we can’t accept returns for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse.
But don’t worry — if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ve got your back. Send photos within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace it at no cost.

✏️ Can I change or cancel my order
We get to work fast! Changes or cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of placing your order.

🎨 Do you offer custom designs or personalization?
Yes! If you want a custom twist or something made just for you, send us a message.

🎁 Will my order arrive by a specific date or holiday?
Because each item is made to order, delivery dates aren’t guaranteed — especially during holidays or peak seasons.
Ordering early is always your best move.

📬 My order says delivered, but I don’t see it — now what?
Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered a little early. Check around your mailbox, porch, or with neighbors.
If it hasn’t turned up after 48 hours, contact us and we’ll help investigate.
